Parts Advisor - Motor Trade

Location: Birmingham Salary: £29,000 per annum + monthly bonus + overtime Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm Saturday: 1 Saturday per month minimum | Paid at time and a half Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Parts Advisor - Motor Trade Experience Are you an experienced Parts Advisor with a background in the motor trade? We're looking for a reliable and organised Parts Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with motor trade or automotive parts experience looking for a stable, long-term position with monthly bonus opportunities, overtime and full training available.

The Role

• Supply parts to technicians and workshop staff
• Identify and source the correct parts for vehicles
• Manage parts enquiries and orders
• Check incoming parts and maintain stock levels
• Process parts through the relevant systems
• Liaise with suppliers and customers
• Maintain accurate parts and inventory records
• Help keep the parts department organised and efficient
• Work closely with the workshop team to minimise vehicle downtime

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous motor trade / automotive experience
• Parts Advisor, Parts Assistant or similar experience
• Good knowledge of vehicle parts
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a busy team
• A proactive and reliable approach Commercial vehicle or HGV parts experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Hours & Overtime Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm Saturdays: 1 Saturday per month minimum, with additional Saturdays available, paid at time and a half.
