Location: Bath Salary: Up to £32,000 Basic | £35,000 OTE Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday + 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings

You'll play a key role in keeping the Parts Department running smoothly, managing stock, supporting colleagues and working closely with the Sales and Service teams. The Role

As a Parts Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day running of the Parts Department while helping to maximise efficiency, profitability and customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining Parts stock levels
• Ensuring the Parts Department and stock areas are organised and efficient
• Supporting the profitability and performance of the department
• Monitoring and working towards KPIs and budgets
• Working closely with the Service and Sales teams
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, colleagues and suppliers
• Handling parts-related enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Supporting and motivating the wider Parts team

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience within an Automotive Parts Department
• Experience as a Parts Advisor, Senior Parts Advisor or similar
• Supervisory or leadership experience would be highly beneficial
• Experience managing KPIs, performance and budgets
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A confident telephone manner
• Good IT and organisational skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, people-focused approach
