Pastoral & Learning Support Officer

The Sydney Russell School is seeking an LSC Student Support Officer to help run the Learning Support Centre, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, that students receive timely help, and that safeguarding concerns are escalated appropriately.

You will work closely with the LSC Manager, support investigations and mediations, monitor attendance and welfare, provide First Aid when needed, and help create a calm, inclusive environment that maximises learning time for all pupils.
