Philosophy Education is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker for a popular mixed secondary school in Ealing, West London. You will join the inclusion and student development team to support attendance, wellbeing and personal development, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.

The role requires empathy, patience and strong written English, plus ability to communicate with tutors, SEN staff and parents. Term-time only, full-time hours, start ASAP.
