Pastoral Co-ordinator: Student Wellbeing & Attendance

Lift New Rickstones is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Co-ordinator to promote student wellbeing and engagement within an assigned year group. You will work closely with senior leaders to monitor behaviour, attendance and safeguarding, while implementing intervention plans and data-driven improvements.

As part of Lift Schools, you will contribute to a supportive school culture, collaborates with families and external agencies, and uphold safeguarding commitments.
