Pastoral Co-ordinator: Student Wellbeing & Safeguarding

Lift New Rickstones is seeking a Pastoral Co-ordinator to support welfare, promote positive behaviour and monitor attendance within an assigned year group. You will collaborate with senior leaders, safeguarding teams and external agencies to deliver tailored intervention plans and secure strong outcomes for students.

The role requires safeguarding knowledge, data literacy and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations, while maintaining a caring, non-judgemental approach.
