Pastoral Deputy Head of Year (1-Year Maternity Cover)

The Boulevard Academy seeks a flexible Deputy Head of Year to join the Pastoral Department, supporting access to learning and overseeing pupil welfare across a designated year group. The role involves working with colleagues to implement support and intervention programs within a safe, inclusive school environment.

Contract is 1 year fixed term (maternity cover) with 35 hours per week during term time plus 5 training days. Salary £24,504–£27,031 per annum. Closing date 16 September 2026.
