Pastoral Lead for Year Groups | Student Well-Being

Tradewind Recruitment is assisting a secondary school in the Blackpool area to appoint a Pastoral Support Officer / Non-Teaching Head of Year. You will champion pupil wellbeing, manage year-group pastoral care, and liaise between school, students, and families.

You will remove non-academic barriers to learning, address attendance and behaviour, and work closely with the DSL and senior leaders to support Safeguarding and student reintegration.
