Pastoral Lead: Student Wellbeing & Engagement

Teaching Personnel is recruiting an experienced Pastoral Lead to join a school in Dorchester, Dorset. The role focuses on wellbeing, behaviour, attendance and personal development, working with students, teachers, families and the broader pastoral team to provide consistent support.

The ideal candidate will have pastoral/safeguarding experience, strong communication, and the ability to build positive relationships with students while safeguarding and confidentiality are central to the role.
