Pastoral Support Champion for Student Wellbeing

Belmont Primary School is seeking a compassionate Pastoral Support Worker to help pupils feel safe, understood and ready to learn. You will build trust, support emotional regulation, and assist with re-engagement in class.

Working with the Pastoral Manager and staff, you will provide personalised support, track progress and collaborate with families and external professionals to promote wellbeing and achievement.
