Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a part time Pastoral Support Tutor to join our Windsor College team on a permanent basis over 41 weeks, including term-time. The role pays between Support Scale H20 12,969.10 and H22 13,802.20 (H20 28,177 and H22 29,987 FTE) which is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Your one-to-one tutoring and coaching will enhance wellbeing, study skills, and academic success. Collaborate with educators and managers to deliver an outstanding college experience for all students.Plus, work alongside safeguarding leads to contribute to PEP meetings, ensuring student welfare remains a priority.
