Pastoral Support Worker, Inclusion & Wellbeing

Glebelands School in Cranleigh, Surrey is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to manage the Inclusion Room and Check-In (Regulation Zone) provisions. You will support students who are dysregulated or distressed, maintain a calm, safe environment, and work with staff to keep pupils on task.

You will liaise with Heads of Achievement, collect statements, coordinate activities, handle detention administration and attend pastoral meetings, including after-school sessions.
