Pastoral Year Lead for Student Wellbeing & Attendance

Hazel Wood High School seeks a dedicated Pastoral Year Lead to support students’ personal and academic development. You will work with pupils, families, staff and external agencies to promote positive behaviour, improve attendance and well-being, and remove barriers to learning.

The role involves safeguarding, mentoring, leading on pastoral programs, PSHCE, and coordinating with the Year group to ensure transitions and positive outcomes.
