Shanghai Me in London is seeking a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our luxury Pan-Asian dining destination. You will take responsibility for your pastry section, delivering desserts and pastries while upholding exceptional standards of consistency, presentation and food safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will work alongside the Pastry Sous Chef and senior kitchen team, develop dishes and seasonal menus, and contribute to a positive team culture.
