Pastry Chef de Partie — Luxury Fine Dining, London

The Lanesborough invites an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join Le Café LPM's kitchen, delivering high-level pastry and patisserie expertise in a fine dining setting. You will work across pastry sections to uphold luxury standards and guest expectations.

You will train and mentor junior pastry colleagues, collaborate with chefs, and maintain precise quality control for all desserts and breads. Excellent English and a proactive attitude are essential; some manual handling is required.
