Pastry Chef de Partie – Seasonal & Sustainable Lead (FTC)

Petersham Nurseries - Richmond is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partier for a fixed-term maternity cover to lead the pastry section of the kitchen. You will supervise breaks, manage workload, ensure recipes meet specifications and uphold food safety standards.

You will collaborate with the team to production, stock planning, and waste control, and ensure consistent high-quality presentation of all pastry items using seasonal ingredients.
