Pastry Chef de Partie

As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Hawksmoor ,you’ll take ownership of the pastry section, delivering consistentlyhigh-quality desserts with precision and care. This is a hands-on role whereattention to detail, organisation and pride in your craft are key. You’ll workclosely with the wider kitchen team to ensure every dessert leaving the passmeets Hawksmoor standards.
What You’ll Do
- Run the pastry section during prep and service
- Prepare and present desserts to Hawksmoor standards
- Manage mise en place andsection organisation efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food safety andcleanliness
- Support and guide Commis Chefs on the pastrysection
- Work closely with senior chefs to ensureconsistency and quality
Who You Are
- Experienced as a Chef de Partie within pastry
- Passionate about baking, desserts and technicalprecision
- Organised and calm during busy services
- Detail-focused and committed to high standards
- A supportive team player who enjoys developingothers
- Keen to continue growing within a professionalkitchen
