As a PastryCommis Chef, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, assisting inthe preparation and presentation of exquisite pastries and desserts. Yourcreativity and passion for pastry will contribute to our reputation forexceptional dining experiences. This role offers the opportunity to learn andgrow under the guidance of our experienced chefs, making it ideal for thoselooking to advance their culinary career.

Responsibilities:

• Assist inthe preparation and production of high-quality pastries and desserts.
• Ensureall food items are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation,and quality.
• Maintaina clean and organised work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaboratewith the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items.
• Upholdthe Firmdale Hotels standards of excellence in every aspect of your work.

What you Need:

• Previousexperience in a similar pastry role.
• Strongability to work effectively within a team.
• Exceptionalattention to detail and a commitment to producing outstanding food.
• A genuinepassion for pastry and a desire to continuously improve and innovate.
