About you Degree (Level 6) or equivalent and at least 1 year's experience in a customer support environment, or BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma (Level 5) in Housing and 1 year's experience, or Equivalent professional development and 3 years' relevant experience Proven background in delivering excellent customer service Ability to manage and prioritise a varied and demanding workload Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with confidence in handling challenging situations Full current driving licence or access to suitable transport What you'll do Deliver a customer-focused housing management service within your allocated area ("patch") Manage tenancies from commencement through to termination, ensuring compliance and sustainability Support tenants to maintain their homes and resolve issues such as rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, or tenancy concerns Liaise with contractors and other agencies to ensure estates and properties are maintained to a high standard Promote community involvement and cohesion by engaging with residents, local partners, and support organisations Contribute to planned maintenance and redevelopment projects through consultation and coordination Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all activity complies with organisational policy and governance frameworks For further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence.
