Patent Formalities Paralegal – Oxford

Our client, an established IP firm, is seeking an experienced Patent Formalities Paralegal to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis in their Oxford office.

This role is well suited to a Patent Formalities Paralegal/Secretary who is seeking a new challenge within a highly professional environment.

Supporting attorneys and the wider team, the successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of patent support duties, including:

• Preparing and submitting patent filings to UK and overseas intellectual property offices
• Monitoring key dates and deadlines while maintaining accurate case and portfolio records
• Providing administrative support through correspondence handling, billing assistance, and diary coordination
