Pathway Development Officer - Athlete & Coaching Growth

Ayr Seaforth Athletic Club, in partnership with Scottish Athletics, invites applications for a Pathway Development Officer to strengthen the athlete and coaching pathways across all ages and abilities. The role will collaborate with coaches, volunteers and club leaders to foster talent development and sustainable coaching provision.

Ayr Seaforth AC has been supporting local athletes for over 50 years, with membership of over 150.
