Patient Access & Booking Facilitator

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for 3 x Permanent Band 4 Inpatient / Outpatient Facilitators to join the Access, Booking and Choice Team at Bolton Hospital. The role supports day-to-day management of patient pathways, capacity planning and timely access across multiple specialties.

Key duties include resolving access issues, coordinating with Capacity Planning Co-ordinators and Clinical Teams, and ensuring waiting list validation and efficient service delivery.
