About the Role
This role sits at the heart of the patient journey and isprimarily focused on patient enquiries, consultation bookings, lead follow-up,sales conversion and patient relationship management.
The role is approximately 90–95% focused on sales,enquiries and lead conversion, with some involvement in marketing support,reception cover and assisting the wider clinic team where needed.
Initially, the role will involve a strong shadowing andtraining period. Ideally, for the first 1–2 months, the successful candidatewill spend 1–2 days per week in Essex and the remaining days in clinic. Thisperiod will be focused on learning the lead management process, patientjourney, systems, doctors’ approach and wider clinic operations, while buildinga strong understanding of how enquiries, follow-up and conversion are managedwithin the business.
Over time, the role is expected to become more hybrid,depending on performance, training and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient enquiries via phone, email andonline channels
- Respond to enquiries in a warm, professionaland timely manner
- Convert enquiries into consultations andtreatment bookings
- Proactively follow up leads and nurtureprospective patients through the decision-making process
- Update and maintain the sales / leadsdocument accurately and manage role related administration effectively
- Track patient status, follow-up activity andconversion opportunities
- Be methodical and consistent with leadmanagement and follow-up
- Guide patients through treatment options in aclear, compliant and reassuring way
- Work closely with the clinic team and doctorsto ensure a smooth patient journey
- Support repeat bookings, patient retentionand clinic growth
- Bring ideas where appropriate around patientcommunication, campaigns, partnerships or sales improvement
- Meeting KPIs and targets consistently
- Support reception or the wider clinic teamwhen needed
Who We’re Looking For
This role would suit someone who is warm, organised,commercially aware and confident speaking with patients. The ideal person willbe methodical with follow-up, strong on administration, excellent on the phoneand able to build trust with patients quickly.
They should enjoy consultative sales building strongpatient relationships.
The clinic is open to different levels of experience,from a developing patient advisor through to a more experienced patient liaison/ sales consultant who can bring additional structure and ideas and grow withthe business.
- Experience in aesthetics, cosmetic medicine,private healthcare, wellness, luxury service or a similar premium environment
- Strong experience handling enquiries,bookings and follow-ups
- Confident phone manner and excellent writtencommunication
- Highly organised and methodical with trackingleads and updating records
- Commercially aware, with an understanding ofconversion and patient follow-up
- Warm, professional and personable
- Comfortable working independently oncetrained
- Experience with patient journeys,consultations or treatment-related conversations
- Experience in a doctor-led or HarleyStreet-style clinic
- Experience or similar exposure tomedical-grade skincare / practitioner-led patient journeys
- Understanding of skin health, aesthetics andpatient decision cycles
- Experience improving enquiry handling,follow-up processes or sales journeys
- Interest in marketing, campaigns,partnerships or business growth
Working Hours
Working hours can remain flexible at this stage and willbe finalised with the right candidate.
The clinic is open Tuesday to Saturday, and the role willinclude a mix of clinic-based, training and remote working once settled.
