Patient-Focused Medical Receptionist (Evenings/Sat)

MedHub in Newmarket, Suffolk, invites applications for a Medical Receptionist to deliver friendly, efficient front-of-house support and guide patients from initial contact to checkout.

Working Thursdays 10:00–18:00 and alternate Saturdays 09:00–13:00, you will greet patients, manage check-in/out, handle calls and emails, schedule appointments, and coordinate with clinical staff to maintain a calm, welcoming reception and accurate records.
