Patient Information Content Specialist

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a content officer to join the user experience and insights team. You will draft and edit patient information for our website, leaflets and letters, and coordinate translations and accessible formats to ensure accuracy and clarity for diverse communities.

You will manage the patient information inbox, support governance processes, and build effective relationships with clinical teams to keep information up to date and user-centred.
