Patient Pathway Coordinator - ENT, Maxillofacial & Plastic Surgery

Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Patient Pathway Coordinator for the ENT, Maxillofacial & Plastic Surgery CAT Team. The role involves supporting the clinical team with a patient-centered admin service, managing clinics, letters and administrative workflows across two sites.

The post is split between the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading, and Townlands Hospital, Henley-on-Thames, with a 08:00–18:00, Monday–Friday pattern and a focus on efficient, courteous service delivery.
