Payroll & HR Assistant — Hybrid (Local Govt)

Hertfordshire County Council is seeking an Assistant HR & Payroll Officer to join the payroll team in Stevenage, on a hybrid basis (2 days a week on-site). The role involves accurately processing payroll transactions and deductions for around 30,000 employees across client organisations.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in payroll, tax, NI and pensions, with good IT skills and attention to detail.
