Payroll Coordinator – 12-Month FTC, Flexible Hours

Henlee Resourcing is seeking a Payroll Assistant / Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-quality payroll service for around 900 monthly-paid employees in Swindon. The role is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with flexible start/finish times and only two office visits per week.

You will report to the Payroll Manager and help ensure accurate salary payments, compliance with PAYE, and timely reporting to HMRC. A proactive, detail-oriented candidate is preferred.
