Payroll Executive

Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be working with a water and power technology engineering experts specialising in critical infrastructure and they are looking for a Payroll Executive to join their finance team Monday to Friday with a salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000. Offering an excellent package such as 30 days Paid Holidays per year Hybrid working ( 4 in office 1 from home) 12 pm finish Friday Private medical 3% pension Roles and Responsibilities Processing of weekly and monthly UK payrolls Process payroll for hourly paid and salaried employees Maintain accurate employee payroll records Ensure all payroll records are changed correctly Ensure payroll is processed in accordance with current UK legislation, HMRC as well as company policies Prepare and submit required HMRC payroll information Calculate and process statutory payments and deductions Ensure year-end payroll processes are completed Essential Criteria 5 years experience in payroll processing Experience processing both weekly and monthly payrolls Knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments and payroll deductions Experience with Sage Payroll/Sage Micropay Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and in a team Skills: Payroll Sage Calculations ADZN1_NI41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
