Fresh People are recruiting for a Payroll Executive to join the growing Payroll Bureau team of a highly respected and progressive Chartered Accountancy and Advisory firm based in Canterbury.

The RoleWorking as part of the Payroll Bureau team, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and processing payrolls for multiple clients.
Ensuring payrolls are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Liaising with HMRC and ensuring compliance with current payroll regulations.
Handling payroll queries and providing a professional service to clients.
Supporting payroll year-end processes and statutory reporting.
Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation.
Building strong working relationships with clients.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across Payroll, Accounts and the wider business.
We are looking for someone who is organised, accurate and enjoys working in a client-focused environment.
You will ideally have:
Previous payroll experience would be ideal within a payroll bureau or outsourced payroll environment.
Experience processing payrolls and working to regular deadlines.
Good understanding of payroll processes and statutory requirements.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Confident communication skills and the ability to deal professionally with clients.
A proactive and positive approach.
