Payroll Lead
Are you an experienced payroll professional who has managed end-to-end payroll and can confidently communicate the process to colleagues across the business? Do you have experience working with global payrolls and partnering closely with HR?
We're looking for a Payroll Lead to take ownership of payroll operations, ensuring employees across multiple locations are paid accurately, compliantly, and on time. You'll work closely with HR on a daily basis, supporting onboarding, employee changes, and maintaining payroll data throughout the employee lifecycle.
Monday to Thursday based in office and Friday remote (Parking available)
Key responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end payroll process across multiple countries
Partner with HR to support onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
Process starters, leavers, salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, tax, and statutory requirements
Act as the payroll subject matter expert for employees and stakeholders
Manage relationships with external payroll providers and drive process improvementsWhat we're looking for:
Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll
Global or multi-country payroll experience
Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
Confident communicator who can explain payroll processes clearly
