Payroll Transformation Program Lead

Portfolio Payroll in Liverpool is seeking a Payroll transformation project manager to lead the payroll transformation programme, coordinating governance, planning and stakeholder engagement as HRD and steering groups are kept informed.

The role focuses on transitioning around 450 employees from weekly to monthly pay, alongside reviewing the Time and Attendance system, managing risks and organising consultation with Trade Unions and staff across locations.
