PE Finance Transformation Director

Accordion Partners is seeking a senior Transformation professional to lead finance transformation engagements for PE-backed portfolio companies from our London office, with the flexibility to work remotely 1–2 days per week. You will drive profitability improvements, design operating models, and oversee cross-functional finance initiatives across O2C, P2P, and FP&A.
