Peak-Season Customer Care Advisor — Hybrid

Elizabeth Scarlett is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Advisor to handle customer inquiries during the peak period. You’ll manage orders, returns and exchanges with warmth, and help customers across email and chat in a high-volume period.

Hybrid working is offered (2–3 days in the office) with remote work possible for the right candidate. The role is fixed-term, typically 9:00–17:30 hours, around 330 hours total from late October to December.
