Peer-Led Prison Literacy & Numeracy Facilitator

Shannon Trust seeks a facilitator to lead and develop our prison-based reading and numeracy programme at HMP Leeds. The role focuses on delivering peer-led learning, working with prisoners, staff, volunteers and mentors to maximise literacy opportunities inside the prison.

Ideal candidates will have experience in prison settings, strong relationship-building, resilience and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
