Job Description
Amour Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading organisation to recruit a Pensions (SIPP) Administrator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and develop your career within pensions administration, with a clear pathway towards Senior SIPP Administrator.
Duties include:
* Setting up new SIPPs and completing due diligence checks
* Processing contributions, transfers and investments
* Managing pension payroll, PCLS and income drawdown
* Completing bank reconciliations and client money movements
* Maintaining accurate client records and preparing annual statements
* Responding to client queries professionally and efficiently
* Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and internal procedures
* Supporting process improvements and ad-hoc projects
Personal requirements:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
* A strong communicator and team player
* IT proficient, particularly with Microsoft Office
* Experienced in pensions administration, ideally with SIPP experience
Hours: Monday to Friday (Apply online only) with 30mins lunch.
This role can be offered as hybrid with at least 2 days a week being in the office once training and probation has been completed. They will not offer fully remote
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
