People AI Product & Portfolio Lead

Sky is seeking a Manager, People AI Products & Portfolio to oversee day-to-day operations of the People AI portfolio and Enterprise Agent activities. You will drive the roadmap from discovery to delivery, coordinating with AI Factory, technology teams and external partners to ensure successful adoption and value realization.

You will produce dashboards, manage backlogs and governance, and lead stakeholder communication across the People Directorate in a hybrid office setting.
