Job Description
Grant Thornton (NI) LLP is seeking a seasoned People & Change Manager to join our Consulting practice. You will lead HR & Change initiatives across client engagements, driving transformation and stakeholder collaboration. The role offers exposure to diverse sectors and opportunities to advance within a fast-growing advisory team.
You will report to the Director and Partner team, providing regular updates and shaping propositions while nurturing a culture of inclusion and high-quality delivery.
