People & Culture Coordinator: Culture & People Ops

TALA is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team in London. You’ll be the first point of contact for people queries across Head Office and Retail, blending hands-on People Operations with culture-building initiatives.

The role covers onboarding to offboarding, payroll, contracts, HRIS, benefits, reporting, events, and internal comms, with opportunities to help shape our employee experience.
