People Experience Partner — 12-Month Contract

Greene King in Branston is seeking a People Experience Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support line managers with employee relations, absence management, performance, grievances and disciplinary procedures. You will guide leaders to handle issues compliantly, maintain positive workplace relations, and contribute to a happy, well‑being focused team.

CIPD Level 3 or studying is welcomed; experience in retail or hospitality is valued.
