People-First Transport Shift Manager (Nights)

Gist Limited in Bristol is seeking a Transport Shift Manager for a Tuesday to Saturday night shift (6pm–2:30am). You will lead a team of around 15–20 drivers and Transport Coordinators, ensuring safe, efficient operations and high service standards.

Reporting to the Transport Operations Manager, you’ll recruit, coach and develop the team, manage rotas and performance, and collaborate with the wider Transport Management team to deliver results in a busy, KPI-driven environment.
