People Operations Associate (UK) — Onboarding & Compliance

GoHenry is seeking an immediately available People Operations Associate to join our UK People team. You’ll own onboarding, changes, and offboarding for employees and contractors, ensuring an excellent experience at every stage.

You’ll coordinate inductions, manage HR documentation in HiBob, build dashboards, run reports, and partner with Payroll, Benefits, and senior People Partners. This role suits a proactive, detail‑oriented communicator in a small team.
