People Partner: 12-Month Maternity Cover (UK HR)

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a People Partner on a 12-month maternity cover to support UK HR operations from London. You will advise managers, manage ER cases, and drive change programmes while coordinating with TA and payroll teams across onsite, office-based, and hybrid setups.

You will deliver proactive HR services, remain compliant with UK employment law, and help implement people initiatives aligned with the HR strategy and business goals.
