People Partner Assistant - HR, ER & Recruitment

NET Recruit partners with a growing international organisation to recruit an Assistant People Business Partner to join the HR and People team. Based in the UK (Sheffield or Christchurch) with bi-weekly travel to regional offices, you will support managers, employees, and strategic People initiatives.

You will work on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, payroll inputs, and HR analytics while maintaining accurate records and compliance.
