People Partner - Resort HR & Employee Relations

Butlin's in Bognor Regis is seeking a People Partner to join the on-resort People Team. You will support all people activity, partner with resort leaders, and coordinate with Recruitment, L&D, Internal Comms and Payroll & Rewards to plan ahead for key requirements.

You'll manage resort-based casework, coaching leaders through ER matters, and work alongside ER specialists/lawyers on complex cases. You will be on the resort for the majority of your working week to stay accessible to the team.
