People Services Adviser - Hybrid HR Support

Co-op is seeking a CBS Adviser to join the People Services team in Manchester. You will split your time between home and office in a hybrid role, delivering high-quality telephone, administrative and systems support to colleagues and external customers.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining HR knowledge, and contributing to the effectiveness of the Colleague Contact function within CBS.
