Performance Analyst Start ASAP Finish 30/07/2027 Remote - once a month in any DWP Base £440 Inside ir35

• Understand user needs and define measures to assess whether services are meeting those needs.
• Build strong relationships with multidisciplinary service teams, using analysis and insight to support continuous service improvement.
• Develop and maintain performance frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards and reporting to effectively measure and communicate service performance.
• Use digital analytics and other data sources to analyse user journeys and identify opportunities to improve service outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance on performance measurement, analytics implementation and data collection across multiple sources.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support the successful delivery of major digital initiatives, including the move to (url removed) One Login.

Analytics Tooling: Essential: Google Analytics 4, Google BigQuery, SQL and data visualisation (Data Studio, Power BI, or equivalent) Desirable: Experience using Google Tag Manager
