Performance Analyst - Sports Science

About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and insightful Performance Analyst to join their sports science department in Oxford . Key Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and analyze performance data from training sessions and competitions using various software and technologies.

• Collaborate with sports scientists, coaches, and medical staff to integrate performance insights into training and tactical planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Sports Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Performance Analyst or in a similar data analysis role within a sports context.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and performance analysis tools (e.g., Hudl, Dartfish).
• Strong understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and training principles in elite sports.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
