Performance Analyst
Location: Haydock/ Warrington
Employment type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities available
We’re looking for a Performance Analyst to join our growing Northwest team!
Managing the end-to-end operational data and performance reporting process, ensuring accurate data capture, validation and reporting across business systems, including Power BI. Produce and develop daily, weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards and bespoke insights using Power BI and Excel to support business decision-making and operational performance.

What you’ll be doing
As a Performance Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:
Manage the data collection and visualisation of employees’ performance and provide a monthly report of KPIs’ by cohort.
Provide reports to the senior management team to focus on continual improvement of workstreams and employees.
Show areas of further improvement to the team.
Provide data for managers to feedback to employees.
Use reports & data to help maximise utilization & productivity of resource.
Support system administration, and month-end reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes and operational efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
Ideally, you’ll bring previous experience in a similar role, as well as:
Advanced Excel skills and experience analysing operational data.
Power BI experience (preferred).
proficient user of Microsoft Office Packages.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive approach with high attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
