Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Performance Manager to join the team of an established organisation on a temporary basis until May 2027
Performance Manager
Monday to Friday
Interim - up until May 2027
Location: WFH with travel to sites as required
The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring and improving operational performance across the contract, providing accurate and insightful reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities of the Performance Manager:
* Develop and produce regular operational performance reports across the contract.
* Monitor performance trends, identifying risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.
* Produce accurate, timely and insightful reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
* Lead performance review processes, ensuring key performance information is clearly understood and acted upon.
* Work closely with relevant stakeholders to review, analyse and discuss performance data.
* Identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of actions to drive better operational performance.
* Provide clear analysis and insight to support effective decision-making.
About the Performance Manager
* We are looking for someone with strong analytical and reporting skills who can confidently interpret performance data and communicate findings to a range of stakeholders.
* You will be comfortable working with senior leaders, identifying trends and issues, and turning data into clear, actionable insights.
* Ideally you will have experience working with CAFM systems, Power BI etc
* Experience within FM or maintenance based roles
